What should I include in my message?
Procoach support helps with accounts, sign-in, and using the platform. Session cancellations and refund decisions are made by your coach. Include your account email, any error messages or screenshots, and the coach or session name if relevant.
I need help with a payment or refund
Refunds for session fees are decided by your coach under their published policy—not by Procoach. Contact your coach first with the charge date, amount, and session name. Procoach support helps with accounts, sign-in, and using the platform. Session cancellations and refund decisions are made by your coach.
How do I book or cancel a session?
Sign in as a learner, browse available sessions, and enroll. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for booked sessions are set and handled by each coach—not by Procoach. Check the policy shown at booking and contact your coach directly. Cancel in the app when your coach's policy allows it, or message your coach directly for changes close to session time.
